LIMITED WARRANTY / TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Multi Tool Warranty:
Our 10 year warranty guarantees that the Explora multi tool will be free from defects in materials and construction.

PLEASE NOTE: Our warranty only applies to products bought from Brandvoice Retail Ltd. We do not sell through unauthorised third parties. 

All other Explora Travel Gear products carry a minimum of 12 months warranty from the date of purchase. We do not cover loss, damage through improper use, normal wear and tear, abuse or modification of the product. If our product fails under normal usage conditions we will replace or repair it at our discretion.
